So glad to have found your site! I'm making a synagogue dinner buffet (dairy/veg): baked ziti salad garlic bread brownies or pan cookies for dessert I have two questions: (1) How much ziti do I need? (2) Can you recommend a 2nd dish (something dairy & gluten free -- perhaps rice-based) that can be easily made ahead & frozen? |

For the ziti as an only dish, allow 1 pound per 6. 12-14 pounds bread per 100.
