Hi everyone! I really could use some help with ideas for a Halloween based fountain (champagne) drink recipes. I have 2 fountains (1 for adults and 1 for kids). I must have looked everywhere for ideas for halloween recipes to no avail. I need ideas for a non alcoholic and alcohol drink, that has no carbonation, no pulp, that with look and taste great for a about 200 people (that's adults and kids included). I have to let my wife know what to get, as I cannot drive due to recent back surgery and our party is scheduled for October 26th, 2013. Please help! |

This is fun. You can do a reddish purplish punch for the kids and call it "Monster blood", or "Vampire Delight" or some such. Last year I did the white wine sangria on this site with a can of pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix), and served Pumpkin Punch. It makes an attractive color and adds very little flavor. I like to make really different colors for the alcoholic and non-alcoholic punches, so I can see at a glance what the teens are drinking. If you do a web search on "Halloween punch", you will see a lot of ideas for black, red, orange, and even neon/glowing punches. You need about 10 gallons per 100 adults, 8 gallons per 100 kids. You can scale these for the numbers you actually expect. |

If you mix juice with tonic water, then the punch itself will glow under a black light. |
