Planning a rehearsal dinner for about 70. I plan on having BBQ buffet style with Chicken, Brisket, and pulled pork with buns. Sides to be salad, potato salad and baked beans. How much of all the above for 70. Plan on 1/2 women and 1/2 of that number men. Thanks |

chicken, 1 piece per person Brisket, 1 pound raw per 3 pulled pork, 1 pound raw boneless per 4 buns, slider buns are popular this year, 2 per lady, 3 per guy.
