I am cooking yellow rice (a mix that comes in a bag) for 100 and I would like to do it in an electric roaster. Can you give me some specific instructions on how to do that? I can't find any recipes for that on the roaster's website. Thanks! |

Go to the recipe box section on this site and read the baked rice recipes, it has some roaster discussion. Then if you have more questions, yo can write back. What is very important,is that one roaster will only hold enough for 50-60. |
