I need to warm 11 loaves of sliced french bread and would like to do it in an electric roaster. Can you tell me how to do that so that I don't dry the bread out? Thanks! |

Just as in the regular oven; just be sure you preheat 20 minutes before starting so the roaster is hot and evenly heated when the bread goes in. Turn to 18- to hold after it is hot enought. And check your roaster size, I think you may need 2 for 11 loaves. |
