i need parts for my Fridgidaire elite stove but i cant find the model number and no one can help me i cant afford a new stove and only 2 of the elements work please help me the stove is about 15 years old. |

You need an appliance repair person, who will come to your house, find the model and order and install the part. In our town, the local second hand appliance store has such a person. There is a fee for the call, but if they do the repair, most repairmen apply the fee to the total service- ASK!. I recently had to have a burner replaced, it cost $90 for the service, including the parts and installation. The metal plate that has the model number on it is usually one of several places. This is what ehow.com suggests: Look at an electric ceramic-top Frigidaire range for the model number. Look on the back of the range, behind the pullout drawer and along the doorjamb of the oven door (in the front). 3 Examine an electric Frigidaire range with burners for the model number. Look on the back of the range, under the cook top, under the burners, behind the pullout drawer and along the oven doorjamb |

The model number may also be located on some models IN the fuse box at the top back of your stove. |
