We are planning a chili dump for 130 people. How many pounds of chili should we shoot for to have enough for everyone. There will also be the fixings for chili, rolls and desserts. Thanks, Kathy |

You can find help for this on the chili page. 2 times the church supper chili, or an equivalent amount using other recipes, would be about right. If you add corn chips (8-10 pounds) and shredded lettuce (10 pounds) and salsa (1 cup per 6), people will also make taco salads.
