Hi. I want to make 1 large tray of boneless chicken curry. chicken will be in small cubes and there will be some gravy in it. Can you please tell me how many pounds of boneless would i need to full the tray?? |

This tray holds about 3 gallons or 12 quarts, chicken is 1 pound per 2 cups (2 pounds per quart), and for most stews 1/4 is gravy. So, about 16 pounds. |
