Hi, Ellen: My husband and children are giving me an open house for my 80th B-Day. We are thinking on anywhere from 150 to 175 people Our menu will be a Baked potato bar, with butter, sour cream, nacho cheese, beans, chives, bacon bits, and ranch dressing. We are also having ranch dressing for the tossed salad. We will also have rolls, butter, and pumpkin bars Can you help me with about how much Ranch dressing I will need for this number of people? These dressings run 3-4 quarts per 100- more if thicker, less if thinner. Is that all you need? Happy birthday. |
