We are cooking for my daughters wedding reception 165 guest. She wants Roasted mojo pork & chicken, black beans and rice, the meat will be for guest to create: fajitas, taco, nacho or fajita salad, or to eat meat with just beans and rice. How much pork and chicken should we cook for a buffet line like this. There will be chips and salsa and queso also. Thank you for your help. |

I would do 1 pound raw boneless pork per 3 plus 1 pound boneless chicken per 4-5. |
