BBQ for 75

Thank you so much for checking my quantities for 75 at our BBQ. I will have a cheese tray, dips and chips for appetizers. I have smoked pulled pork and have 30 lbs. pulled and frozen in bags to defrost and heat, 100 buns, 20lbs of potatoes to make my potato salad. I'll be making a pasta, broccoli and grape salad and thought I would use 4lbs. dry pasta. For slaw, I am planning 10lbs shredded cabbage and for the baked beans I would use 3 service cans of beans to prepare my beans. For dessert, I am all set with plenty of bite size pieces. I have never cooked for so many and I just want to make sure I don't run out. You have a fabulous site and thank you so much for your help!!

Oops, I forgot to add that I am also making marinated carrots with 10 lbs baby carrots. Thanks!

Marie, you did a great job! The only thing I would do different is 5 pounds more cabbage and about 5 pounds more potatoes. You want a few bottles of the bbq sauce at the tables.

If the site saves you time, trouble, or money, please consider a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to help keep it open.
