10/14/13 		I am making 3 salads for this reception. They are cole slaw, 7 layered salad, and pasta salad. I need to know how much of each I need to make.

cole slaw, 30 pounds cabbage, see the article on slaw for hints
7 layered salad, see the recipe on this site:

3 times the recipe if this is the only green salad, 2 times if there are others

pasta salad, 9 pounds dry pasta plus add-ins
