I need some advice on preparing bratwursts for a crowd. We've got 300 ready for a church event and will need to cook ahead. Better to boil or bake? Any advice on timing and temps would be most welcome! |

Hello, Aimee, Have you considered renting some of the roller-style cookers? They make excellent sausages and hold them well. In the meantime, boiling (actually steaming or simmering) is a better choice for any sausages you intend to hold. See the thread on hot dogs for lots of discussion.
