Mary, it depends on the rest of the menu and also how much potatoes you have; whether it is buffet service with seconds allowed. Can you send more information? |

pulled pork and fried chicken, 100 pounds of red potatoes, buffet style, seconds allowed, veg, noodles. Do I need more potatoes?? I have 30 lbs noodles..more noodles? thanks |

If you increase the potatoes to 120, your noodles should be fine. |
