Boss Quit left me to take the heat in the kitchen for 120 tonight,,, I took out 4 pot roasts and am making baked ham tonight for special,, I am the lunch cook/cook to order... How long do I cook these roasts to make sure they are ready to serve at 5 tonight.. |

Vera, 4 pot roasts and a ham won't feed 120 people. You need at least 40 pounds beef and 20-25 ham, not counting bones. Wrap the pot roasts in foil, butcher wrap with 2 sliced onions and either a large can of chopped tomatoes or 2 cans of mushroom soup. Bake 3 hours at 300, 2 1/2 at 350. Best to let stand 20-30 minutes out of the oven before slicing. Good luck. |
