For a lunch buffet for 150 people, how much sliced turkey do I need for sandwiches? I am also going to have ham sandwiches, fruit trays, veggie trays, cheese and crackers, nachos, and little wranglers and barbecue sauce. Plus lots of desserts. Thanks Ellen! |

The fruit trays, vaggie trays are on those pages. Nachos, 3-4 number 10 cans sauce, 1 pound corn chips per 12, 3 quarts nacho slices. About 1 pound little smokies per 10. |
