we are cooking for 100 people, it's not a sit down dinner, it's at a winery so people will be socializing, drinking and eating. Menu is: Turkey, Ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans. how many lbs of turkey and ham should we cook? again, it's not a sit down dinner (i think this matters a bit)? thank you! |

how many lbs to cook, ham & turkey luncheon.. Hi, Vivian, This is not an easy eat for a stand up menu, since both meats require knife and fork cutting. Can you consider revising the meats to something like turkey meatballs in a cranberry or Swedish sauce and ham collops (small pieces)? Write back. |

how many lbs to cook, ham & turkey luncheon.. OK- allow 1 pound cooked turkey per 4 plus 1 pound cooked ham per 5-6. Do thin slices so people can cut with forks- If this is a paid gig, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to support the site. Thanks. |
