Dear Ellen, I wanted to blanch my green beans so they can keep the pretty green color. I normally blanch them in boiling hot water. I wanted to know if I blanched them in chicken both would they still keep their color please advise ASAP.. Thank you very much. Angela |

I have done it successfully. If you use a canned broth, do a test run. |
