Our local club will be having a dinner for approx. 220 senior citizens. We are hoping to use fingerling potatoes, mashed. How many lbs should we buy and how should they be cooked. Thanks in advance for any infor you can provide. |

It is a waste to mash fingerling potatoes- they cost much more than straight baking potatoes, and the texture is not as successful. You need about 80 pounds of potatoes. Do roasted or roasted smashed with fingerlings, or do mashed with russets or yukon gold. |
