I am cooking for 180 Students, spaghetti, meatballs, and salad. How much pasta, meatballs, (already made), and lettuce and tomatoes would I need? |

Plan for 200- they eat a lot. Consider using 2 times the mozzarella sausage bake on the spaghetti page, setting aside several pans with extra cheese and no meat. If you do spaghetti you can use the baked (meatless) spaghetti plan from basic budget entrees for the spaghetti and about 45 pounds of meatballs. Use the plan for 100 salad section and double it for the salad. You need at least 25 pounds of French, Italian or garlic bread. |
