Vegetable Beef Stew and vegetable Soup and Fruit

10/30/13 		We are going to feed beef stew to 60 adults and vegetable soup to 60 kids. How many lbs of each ingredient would we need?

Also how many apples and bananas would we need for 120 people?

10/30/13 		Jennifer, kids generally like stew much better than soup. You need to tell me if this is all one meal or if it split. Also, what else is being served.
