Hi Ellen, I am making Chicken Pot Pie for our Church. We will be feeding about 320 people. I will be using 15 oz oblong foil pans and topping with puffed pastry. I am looking for a recipe, using fresh veggies and fresh potatoes, using bone in chicken breasts and whole chickens. Do you have any suggestions? |
