We would like to make sliders and everyone make their own. Not sure if making them ahead is a good idea or will it be better to make them the morning of and keep them warm. It will be in our backyard for about 80 people. Also can I make pulled chicken ahead of time and freeze it?? |

The solution here might be meatball sliders which, because they are held in a sauce, tolerate holding. One largish meatball per sandwich. Patty type burgers just don't reheat or hold well. Both meatballs and pulled chicken can be made ahead and frozen. |
