This is a very large menu for just 60 people and you will have some left overs.
Shrimp cocktail, 1 pound per 6
Roasted lamb, 1 pound raw boneless per 4
Shrimp/orzo salad, too much shrimp dinner rolls, 8 pounds and 2 pounds butter
green beans- 14 pounds ready to cook
Birthday cake, 2 layer 9x13 You will have some left, but this is enough to give everyone their choice. |

Hi Ellen. Me & some people from my high school organization are having our 1st anual holiday reunion party for approximately 50 people. I was thinking to cook flavored chicken wings ( lemon peppered, hot, and bbq) chicken shrimp alfredo, deviled eggs, & salad but I have never made this much. How much in amount should I cook? |

If this is for dinner, that is a light menu, and pasta is a bit of a challenge for 60. Can you consider some changes? |
