11/13/05 		I am making potato, pasta, colslaw, bean, green and tomato and cucumber salads for a party of 80 people. With a serve of chicken, how much of each salad should I make??

11/13/05 		You want about 8-9 gallons total. I would make about 3 of potato, 2 of pasta, 1 each of the 4 others.

11/27/06 		how much spring mix salad do I need for 300 people. I will be serving tri tip , boneless chicken breast , and a veggie .
