Help Me!!! I am having a sweet 16 party for 150 people and I have no clue on what to fix at a resonable price but not hamburgers or hotdogs because its formal! Help! |

My husband and I saw a show on TV with Mini cheeseburgers and mini grilled cheese sandwiches. We tried today to make hte buns nad brwad...but it doesn't seem right. Anyone know where Imight be able to buy mini buns or bread? |

Heather, since it is formal, avoid cooked tomatoes and all other drippy red stuff. If you have a punch, make it ligh-colored. Hhow about chicken pieces baked in a sauce or mushroom gravy, rice, vegetable, small fruit salad and dessert? Not too expensive and very apprpriate. The chicken can be purchased made, or made ahead and frozen. |

Brenda most bakeries make these, sold as cocktail rolls or turkey rolls. The tiny bread is sold as cocktail rye or wheat, sually in the freezer case. |

It depends on what king of dish. Assuming mashed, check the big pots page forthe freezable/ holdable mashed potates for 25 and make a triple recipe. |
