I am looking to feed about 70 teachers. I need help on knowing how much I will need. Our menu will be:

Chicken tenders- 2 pounds per 5 Green Beans- 16 pounds Corn- 16 pounds Boiled Potatoes- 25 pounds Salad would be nice... do 3/4 the amount for 100 from the plan for 100 page.
