Hi Ellen, I am roasting turkey breast for Thanksgiving. I will be serving this to 40 people. Will 30lbs of turkey breast be enough to feed 40 people? I am preparing dressing, mac/cheese and all the other fixings that go with the Thanksgiving meal. Thank you for your help! |

More than enough. 1 pound raw per 2 people makes good big party size portions. You might want to a dd a package or 2 of legs if there are any kids coming. |
