I am having my wedding on April 12 2014. I'm invited 120 guest to my wedding. I don't know how many foods I need to feed 120 guest for the reception. The wedding cake as dessert. Meat? Pork? Bags of rice? Bags of beans? Bags of green beans? Potato salad? Pasta salad? Vegetable tray? Fruit salad? Pickles? Cheese tray with crackers? Shrimp ( shrimp to cook with the rice and beans)? Corns? Iceberg lettuce? Romaine lettuce? Beats? Different kinds of soda? Water bottle? Champagne bottle? How many chocolate I need for the chocolate fondue fountain? Napkins? Forks? Knives? Spoons? Glasses? |

Fedeline, it's good you are starting this far ahead. It takes about 3 people in the kitchen and 6-8 out front to set up, serve, and clean up this size party, and none should be part of the wedding party- How many chocolate I need for the chocolate fondue fountain? Read the chocolate fountain article. Full help on amounts, etc. Consider doing a chocolate fondue instead of a fountain, less spatter, better chocolate, and you don't have to have someone standing there continuously to make sure nothing goes wrong- you really do have to do that with a fountain. You could have a punch fountain instead...
Different kinds of soda?
These items could be put out early as an appetizer area, switching to fruit trays instead of fruit salad
Meat?
Potato salad? about 40 pounds of potatoes
Shrimp ( shrimp to cook with the rice and beans)?
Bags of green beans? 28 pounds
Iceberg lettuce? Beets? Depends on whether they are served as one of the vegetables or part of the salad. Need more info. So you need to write back with more information. |
