Hello, I am serving 50 people for Thanksgiving. We have a 25 LB Turkey and will be making side dishes as well (some people are bringing sides too). I am wondering how many links of fresh polish and smoked sausage I should get. Will 8 fresh polish links and 4 smoked links be enough since it is not the main dish? |

A 25 pound turkey is a close call for 50 people unless a lot of them are kids. I would normalled suggest 6-8 pounds of sausage as the second dish. |
