For a wedding of 300 people, how many pounds of boneless chicken breast for shredded chicken sandwiches which will be self serve? Also how many buns and which size of bun do you recommend 3" or 4"? |

Thigh meat makes better pulled chicken and is less expensive. 2 smaller buns per person. 1 pound raw skinless boneless meat per 3. Provide for at least 20 non-meat eaters. Vegetarian patties, "Field Roast" vegetarian sausages, etc. |
