I'm planning a menue for a Christmas party for 150 people. Rosemary chicken, pork sirloin , salad, and pasta with different sauces to choose. How many trays and how much chicken and pork I have to get. Thank you, Graciela |

For 150 people for this menu, buffet service, this is what I would do:
Rosemary chicken, 1 piece per person (4 OUNCE SIZE) salad, use the plan for 100 page, do 1 1/2 times the amount for 100
pasta, about 15 pounds dry per 100, maybe some left You need bread, about 12-14 pounds per 100 and about 4 pounds of butter Happy Christmas. |
