Can you please give me an idea of how much chicken and how much spaghetti I will need? I can base amounts of everything else one I know these amounts. Any suggestions will be appreciated. |

See the baked spaghetti recipe for 100 in the basic budget entrees section of Big Pots. It has measures for chicken added. Normally, you would do 1 1/4 times the amount for 100 to feed 125, but with this age, 1 1/10 might be plenty if there are sides. All kinds of side dishes are covered in th eplan for 100 list. 15 pounds Italian or French bread, 4 pounds butter. |
