serving a dinner for 70 people how much chicken do i need. This will be fried. How much beef? I', planning on using top round beef. Serving cheese tray, fruit tray, salad,veg mix and corn. Date 12/7/13 |

30 pounds raw boneless beef and 1 piece of chicken per person. Suggest you add 9 pounds rolls and 2 pounds butter, and a starchy item, either hot or salad (3 gallons potato, pasta). |
