I want to make a pumpkin pie without using any dairy products. I was hoping to substitute either tofu or soy milk, but have no experience using either, and appreciate any suggestions. thx, |

You would only ed to use tofu if you also wanted to omit the eggs. |

Yes, with the ggs it stays quite custardy. |
