I'm hosting a party for about 300 people, The menu is ,chik. fingers, ham, sausage & peppers, tossed salad, baked ziti & deli trays for sandwiches. How much of everything do I need to buy????? The sausage & peppers will be served on hoagie rolls & I'll need Kaiser rolls for sandwiches. |
