Hi, Orchid,

Assuming you are doing this over a mealtime, about a 3 hour party, 70 people.

I would skip the baked ziti.

meatballs, 1 pound per 5; 3-4 quarts sauce per 10 pounds
sausage and peppers, sausage, 1 pound per 5, equal weight mixed peppers and onions

Add REALLY good bread. I would use baguette type so people could make meatball or sausage sandwiches if they wish. 10-12 pounds

Add tray of sliced cheese, provolone, 5-6 pounds. Have about 2 pounds of good shredded Parmesan or Reggiano.

baked ziti lasagna
Use the lasagna table on the spaghetti page and do 1 1/2 times the amount for 50. 1/3 could be white- if not do do at least 1 pan vegetarian so any non-meat eaters will have something as an entree.

DO a nice fruit tray, see the fruit tray page. Do a relish tray (top of the veggie tray page)with peppers, olives, etc, or an antipasto selection. There are antipasto veggies on this site- you need about 2 1/2 gallons.
Do some kind of salad, use 3/4 the amount for 100, check the plan for 100 page.

By the way, if this saves you time, trouble, or money, please consider a donation, maybe a dime or quarter per person, to support this site. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
