I am preparing a bridal brunch for 20 ppl, all women, a range of ages. We are doing bagels with cream cheese, whitefish salad, egg salad. I was going to do a relish tray to go with, including onion slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices, lemon wedges, capers & olives. About how much for the relish items? Also, I was going to do a bundt cake - do I need 1 or 2 if that is the only "dessert"? What if there are also petit fours? (The menu also includes: orzo salad with roasted veg, potato casserole, strata, winter fruit, pumpkin bread. Thanks so much!!! |

This is a big menu for 20 people, and does not even out as well as a larger group would, so you will have some left in order to have what everyone wants for first choice.
bagels, 2 dozen
onion slices, 2 pounds, slice, soak overnight in sugar water
orzo salad with roasted veg,
