I am serving salads for 300 on Christmas Day. The menu will be chicken and ham with Potato salad, coleslaw, bean salad, pasta salad. Can anyone give me an idea of quantity?? |

For 300 people, this is what I would do:
Potato salad, 12 gallons (about 120 pounds potatoes) Merry Christmas. If budget allows, please make a donation, a nickel or dime per pguest, to support this site. Thanks. |
