Hi Ellen, 40th Birthday Party Mingle Finger Food - Service is 8pm - 10:30pm Below is the menu Adults only... Currently have 55 that have RSVP planning for 60- Party is January 11th

There is also a fruit tray cupcakes and a cake being served. I was going to put pineapple, strawberries grapes kiwi melons but not sure if they will be good in January. What do you suggest on amounts. |

Taylor this is a lot of food for 60 people for an after dinner party. Are you in a crowd where this is dinner and not after dinner? If it is after dinner, I'd like to suggest trims on amounts. OK with you? |

The 8:30pm is the start time for the cocktail party. It is being hosted at a local art gallery. It is my thoughts usually people would have eaten as it is being advertised as a cocktail party. I would love to hear you suggestions on a cut down. |

Coffee Bar- do 1/2 dinner coffee for 100 from the beverage planning page
