having a baby shower with about 75 people in attendance. The menu is as follows: deviled eggs finger sandwiches swedish meatballs in bar-b-que sauce shrimp fettucine green salad rolls how much should I purchase to feed this amount of people. The food items will be purchased already prepared. |

Hi, Toni, Basically, you have some nice appetizers and a fettucine lunch. 75 people.nThis is what I would do.
deviled eggs- about 100 pieces
shrimp fettucine- 4 full pans (a pan serves 16-20) rolls- bread sticks would be a nice change with this, 1 pound per 10. If rolls, 2 1/2 pounds butter.
