Freda, I don't do costs, it varies too much regionally and depending on whether you are doing drop off, set up and serve, buffet, plate service, etc. I suggest you look at prices from other local caterers and be aware that it is illegal to prepare food for sale in a home kitchen in most states. You are personally liable if guests or staff claim they were injured or sickened at the event. Be sure you have either event insurance or very good personal liability insurance. |
