doing a evening buffet how much do i make of each. baked ziti,sausage pieces with green pepper and onion, sweet and sour meatballs and breaded pork on a stick. Also having cesar salad and garden salad small dinner rolls, pickle tray and a veggie tray. Thanks for any help you can give me. |
