do your thing 2 1/2 gallons of raspberry vinegarette is enough to serve 300 people? The salad is in addition to the all you can eat crab shrimp & pasta. |

I usually do a gallon per 100, but in this case, I would suggest you add a half gallon of a low cal Italian, not more raspberry. |
