11/18/05 		I know this is stupid but if u accidentally cook on a rusty pot and ate it the food, will you get poisoned from the rust?

11/19/05 		No, as a matter of fact, if it is an iron pot, thee rust is used by the body as a mineral supplement, just like an iron pill. Cooking in iron pots is a helpful source of iron for vegetarians!
