I'm having a 50 and fabulous birthday party and I want to serve boneless chicken breast for the main dish for 250 people, we're cooking it our selves. I wante to know how should I prepare it? If it helps I'm thinking of serving it with string beans, Mac and cheese, curry chicken and rice and Swedish meatballs, |

Yep, it's the start of the interesting half of your life. Use either the orange dijon wedding chicken or the chicken marsala from the Big Pots section- both are delicious and have complete instructions for large batch prep and reheat.
