Spaghetti Fundraiser

01/18/14 		Hi Ellen, we are planning on a Spaghetti Fundraiser, planning on 300.
I wanted to see if we are on the right track on planning enough food.
For pasta (rigatoni) 40 pounds of dry pasta
Meatballs 90-100 pounds hamburger if we make them
24 pounds ready Salad

You are doing pretty well on this.

Pasta is OK. 75 pounds burger will make enough meatballs. Salad is OK. You need 2 1/2 to 3 gallons dressing.
Sauce per 100 (plenty) is 8 gallons; if mixed, 1/2 red, 1/4 each a creamy Alfredo style and a pesto type, for example.
You need 35 pounds of French or garlic bread, about 8 pounds butter.
About 3 pounds shake on Parm-
