How long do you cook an 11 lb turkey in a Oster electric roaster? The guide says 12 mins/lb and when the cooking is complete how long do you let it rest before carving? Thanks |

It would take about 2 hours at 350 in an oven but may cook in 1 hour 40 or less at the same temp in the preheated roaster. For best carving, use a thermoeter, take out about 10 degrees under your desired temp, and let stand 30 minutes before carving. |
