Hi, Kelly,
This is a nice simple dinner.

Pulled Pork - 50 pds? Raw boneless, OK, you need between 2-3 quarts sauce per 10 pounds plus about 1 cup per 6 for table sauce.
Another meat / probably chicken?
Do 1 piece per person- a quarter is 2 pieces. You can bake/roast quarters and cut some in half. Well seasoned, not over-cooked.

Baked Beans- 3 gallons per 100 (4 #10 cans)
Coleslaw- 2 1/2 gallons per 100
Green Beans- 22 pounds per 100
Salad- use the plan for 100 table or one of the salad for 100 recipes, do just for 100 if you also have slaw

Rolls and Butter- option to do sandwich rolls for pork plus dinner rolls, but how about just baguettes or Kaisers to serve for both? You want about 12 pounds breads per 100. 3 pounds butter per 100.

Need some type of Potato. Baked are easy, see the baked potato bar for prep and hold if oven space is a concern, and toppings, these would also provide an entree serving for any vegetarians. Or scalloped with cheese, about 40 pounds raw per 100. Or hot German potato salad?

If this raises funds, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks.
