I'm cooking baked chicken marsala for a 50th birthday party for 250 ppl, what sould I cook for the side dishes, we're setting it up like you would a wedding reception dinner very elegant, thnx for any suggestions |

A baked rice pilaf, a long veg such as Prince Edward mix, asparagus or stalk broccoli, and a brilliant colorful plate garnish- perhaps a spiced peach, apple ring, mango chutney, etc. Two crisp dinner rolls and a little mixed butter on a separate plate, and an interesting plated salad (endive with pear and walnut? Romaine with Parm shaved and marinated olives?) both at the tables. MMMM. Happy birthday. |
